Being in some kind of profession means that you are learning day by day about that particular profession but when you do not have any kind of formal employment training then what can be done by you. As a matter of fact nothing can be done by you. By most means you need some specific training in a field you are taking one such example I would say that you can even try in construction field.
In construction field , if you have some sort of employment training then you can easily prove your skills and experience, and gain a qualification and CSCS card, via On-Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) or Experience Worker Practical Assessment (EWPA). In general there are many training institutions offering construction related courses and assessments. But what if you are not certified or do not know any sort of things , then you should join any institution so that you might even get certified by the year 2010 and then employ many people under you or give some kind of training or simply be an experienced worker in your field.
